The process of planning and creating a website coded in HTML and CSS.

 

Production2Print designed and created an accessible website on advocating with your elected officials for Area Board 9. Area Boards fall under the California State Council on Developmental Disabilities. The website is geared toward those with developmental disabilities but can be used by anyone. Features include larger print and alternate stylesheets to accommodate those with vision issues. The site can also be translated into other languages. Regional Centers work with those with developmental disabilities. The website is geared toward those with disabilities but can be used by anyone. Working together for the first time, these two agencies created a series to teach people how to become a member of a board of directors or committee. The website is geared toward those with developmental disabilities but can be used by anyone. Features include larger print and three alternate style sheets to accommodate those with vision issues. The site can also be translated into other languages. The webinar is used by trainers to host the Feeling Safe, Being Safe trainings which help the developmentally disabled learn about emergency preparedness. The site uses plain language, lots of icons and can be translated into other languages.
